I’m Keith Russell, founder of Athena Creative, a digital marketing and branding expert that helps therapists, coaches and wellness professionals build businesses with clarity, confidence and purpose.

Over the years I’ve worked across website design, branding, SEO, email marketing, social media and digital strategy, but I’ve learned that great marketing isn’t about chasing trends or algorithms. It’s about understanding people.

That’s why every project begins with strategy.

Alongside Athena Creative, I’m also the founder of The Endless Spiral, multi-award-nominated mental health podcast and blog where I speak openly about body image, anxiety and mental wellbeing. That experience has taught me the importance of authenticity, empathy and building trust, qualities that are just as valuable in marketing as they are in life.

The name Athena wasn’t chosen by accident. In Greek mythology, Athena is the goddess of wisdom and strategic thinking, and that’s exactly how I approach every client relationship.
